According to railway officials, an accident occurred in the 35 Up Sir Syed Express train from Karachi to Punjab in Sukkur, where 4 bogies of the train derailed, but there was no loss of life in the accident.
Railway officials said that the accident took place one and a half kilometers before Rohri railway station. After the accident, the train service on the up track was suspended.
According to the sources of Rohri Railway Station, the train was entering the platform of Rohri Railway Station, due to which the speed of the train was low, due to the low speed, the train avoided a major accident, all the passengers on board the train are safe.
Officials said that Sir Syed Express, the victim of the accident, was going from Karachi to Rawalpindi.
