A high-level meeting and workshop has been decided for the future action plan of Pakistan Cricket.
Sources say that the meeting and workshop have been named Connection Camp, the connection camp is likely to be held on September 22, which will be chaired by Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi and he will also participate in the workshop.
Apart from this, red and white ball head coaches Jason Gillespie and Gary Kirsten will also participate in the connection camp, while heads of international, domestic and high performance, senior cricketers’ coaches and senior PCB officials will also participate in the connection camp. Future decisions will be made in the light of the suggestions made.
Apart from this, red and white ball coaches will also hold meetings, there will be a discussion regarding the change of white and red ball captains.
Sources say that the new white ball captain of the Pakistan team for the tour of Australia is possible, which has brought Test captain Shan Masood’s captaincy under scrutiny.
It may be noted that Gary Kirsten returned home after submitting his report in July and Jason Gillespie went to Australia after the series against Bangladesh.
